This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how the administration of dotachanger.gg (the “Administration”, the “Service”) collects, uses and discloses information about users of https://dotachanger.gg and the software provided through it (the “User”).

1.3. Bank card details are neither disclosed to nor stored by the Administration. Payment details are processed by the payment provider.
1.4. The Service uses cookies for authentication, remembering the selected language, measuring website activity and maintaining security.
1.5. Information freely available from public sources is not confidential.
1.6. A random browser identifier stored in the aid cookie for one year is used to record page views, download clicks and sign-in steps. Events include the page, page language, action, time, IP address and browser language. After sign-in, these events may be linked to the User’s account.

2.1. The Administration uses modern technologies to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and maximize the protection of information.
2.2. Access to the User’s account is provided through an authentication system. The User must keep their sign-in information secure and must not disclose it to third parties. Any actions performed using the User’s account are considered to have been performed by that User.

2.4. The User consents to the collection and processing of their data for the purposes stated in this Policy.
3. FINAL PROVISIONS
3.1. The User may contact support to request access to, correction of or deletion of their data. Deleting an account or data necessary for its operation terminates access to the Service, including paid access.
3.2. Claims, disputes and formal requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses incurred by Users or third parties, or for lost profits arising from the use, inability to use or results of using the Service.
3.4. The Administration may amend this Policy unilaterally. The current version is published at https://dotachanger.gg.
