RYOUR HERO. EVERY DETAIL.
DotaChanger is a skinchanger project for Dota 2, built around choosing the appearance you want for your heroes. Start with Pudge: compare complete sets, inspect the hook and cleaver, and see how a different silhouette changes the character. The interactive preview lets you make that choice before moving to the download page.
A skinchanger changes the way cosmetics appear locally. It does not put tradeable items in your Steam inventory, buy an Arcana, or transfer ownership of a set. Think of the catalog as a way to explore a look: the item names describe the cosmetics shown, not an offer to sell those Steam items.
01 / HOW IT WORKS
Browse the 39 Pudge looks below or open All sets in the preview. Compare the original silhouette with armor, masks and different weapons. Drag the model a little to inspect both sides; switch the lighting to see the details against Radiant or Dire.
Before release, the Download Skinchanger button opens account registration. Create your account with Telegram; download access will appear there when the release is ready. The download page explains the next steps. You can explore the 3D catalog in your browser while you wait.
Before using a published build, check its supported game version and system requirements. Follow the instructions supplied with that release and keep a way to restore your original setup. A Dota 2 update can change compatibility; check again after major patches.
02 / PUDGE
From Chains of the Black Death to The Toy Butcher, this is the complete catalog currently available in our preview. These are sets, individual cosmetic looks and a persona, rather than 39 items of the same type. Original English names make it easier to recognize the exact look in Dota 2. The selection is a snapshot of this catalog, not a claim to include every cosmetic Valve may release.
